Our Basic and Extended Service Plans cover virtually every part of your system – 62+ major parts and system components in all against failure. If it breaks, we will replace it at any time of day or night. This means you'll never have to worry about replacing these parts for as long as you're covered.
Direct Fired Water Heater Protection:
There is an additional option for LaPlaca Basic and Extended Service Plans for members that covers the direct fired water heater. You can purchase an annual service policy to protect your hot water heater. It covers repairs and replacement of oil burner parts and operating controls, including an annual inspection and tune-up.
Central AC and Air Handler Coverage:
LaPlaca offers both Central AC and Air Handler coverage plans that provide protection for your homes cooling system. These comprehensive plans include an annual inspection and tune-up.
